Tomorrow, November 15, 2012, marks the fifteenth anniversary of From Nature With Love! It's been fifteen years since our founders, Kibby and Jay, began connecting crafters and artisans with ingredients for soap making, skin care, and hair care.  Over the years, their small business has grown a lot.  Today, From Nature With Love shares the web with a family of growing web sites.  

Our bulk division, Natural Sourcing connects larger businesses with natural ingredients, while From Nature With Love remains focused on selling to individuals and small businesses.  Beauty by the Batch helps artisans reach customers looking for high quality, handmade home and personal care products.  Our newest site, Botanical Origins, offers a line of beauty and household products with a natural and sustainable focus. 

Even with all of this growth, we have remained tight-knit company.  Most of our employees have been with us for years.  We communicate constantly, so even those of us who work remotely feel like we are part of a family.  We couldn't be more pleased to wish From Nature With Love a very happy birthday!

Murumuru Butter

Another exciting gift from the Amazon Basin, Murumuru Butter is especially exciting to those in the hair care industry.  Murumuru Butter has gained popularity for use in shampoos, conditioners, and hair treatments due to its exceptional moisturizing abilities.  Chock full of beneficial lipids, Murumuru Butter conditions the hair and skin very well, and helps to protect it from moisture loss and damage.  This makes it a great choice for dry skin, or coarse, damaged, or dry hair.  Murumuru Butter can even help to increase hair's shine and appearance.  

Murumuru Butter is a semi-soft natural butter pressed from the fruit of the Murumuru tree, a palm tree that grows abundantly in northern Brazil and other parts of the Amazon.  It has a mild, but distinctive aroma that is earthy, nutty, and slightly sour.  It blends easily into almost any formulation, but would be a great choice for soaps, shampoos, conditioners, hot oil hair treatments, dry skin oils, serums, lotions, or body butters.
