I too love this video of Jack LaLanne.
Most guys have no problem working out the body but think facial exercises are for the girls only.
Not so for Jack LaLanne. And since this video was produced a few decades back, Jack is way ahead of the times!

Great information. very interesting on the facial excersice. Heard it before however, never put it into the practice. I guess it is time to find more information on the subject and start practicing it.
